- Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal- Cinnamon sugar flavoured cereal.
- Unsalted Butter- Plant-based butter also works.
- Vanilla Extract- For flavour.
- A pinch of salt- To balance the sweetness.
How to Make Cinnamon Toast Crunch Bar

Melt the butter over medium-low heat. Add the marshmallows and mix until melted.

Remove from the heat and add the vanilla and salt. Add the cereal and mix quickly to coat.

Transfer to a prepared 9×9 baking dish and press the mixture down with the back of a greased spoon.

Drizzle with melted white chocolate and sprinkle with crushed cereal. Chill for 30-60 minutes.

- Work quickly when mixing. As the marshmallows cool, the mixture will start hardening.
- Speaking of working quickly, have all of your ingredients measured and ready to go before beginning.
- Use medium-low heat. We’re only melting the butter and marshmallows. Be careful not to burn them.
- Grease the back of a spoon to press the mixture into the baking dish to prevent sticking.
