Ingredients
  

  • 250 grams ground beef or a plant-based alternative
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese softened
  • lettuce shredded
  • tomato diced
  • white onion diced
  • pickle chopped
Big Mac Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons mayo
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 2 teaspoons pickle diced
  • 1 teaspoon white onion diced
  • 1 teaspoon pickle juice
  • splash of vinegar
  • pinch of sugar
  • pinch of salt

Equipment

  • frying pan
  • mixing bowl
  • immersion blender with whisk attachment or a regular whisk

Method
 

  1. Fry the beef until cooked through. Drain the fat if necessary. Set aside to cool.
  2. Combine the Big Mac sauce ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Add the softened cream cheese. Using a whisk or an immersion blender with a whisk attachment, whip until combined.
  3. Place the dip base in your serving bowl. Top with the cooled beef, shredded cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle.

If using regular beef, drain the fat to avoid a greasy dip.
