How to Make Big Mac casserole
To prep, heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef (or Beyond Beef) until browned. Drain any extra grease. You won’t need to do this with Beyond Beef.

Toss the potatoes in oil and the seasonings. Place in a 9×9 baking dish and cover with foil. Bake at 400°F (205°C) for 25-30 minutes.

Once the potatoes are fork-tender, top with the cooked beef and cheese. Bake for 5-10 minutes until melty.

Top with Big Mac sauce.

Top lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle.
